This 4-week guided cohort is for the Senior Pastor, Executive Pastor or Church Planter. It was designed to get you started on the PD Advance developmental journey, with the primary focus being implementation. We'll guide you through the process of adopting and adapting the best practices and strategies to build and lead your Purpose Driven Church.

The Three Modules

We start with these essentials:

  • Clarifying Your Vision and Mission

    If it is not clear to you, it will never be clear to those you serve and lead. Clarify your Vision and Mission.

  • Building Your Leadership Team

    You can't do this alone. It was not meant to be done alone. Stop being a personality driven church.

  • Developing Effective Communication Systems

    Preaching and Announcements cannot be your only form of communications. Build communication systems with purpose.

Group Coaching

Four Weekly Calls (1 hour/wk)

The greatest value and learning will come via our Group Coaching Calls. It's designed to get into the details of implementation.

SAM SONG | Pastor of Purpose Driven Development

Sam will serve as your trainer and your coach through this 4-week cohort. He will guide you through the process of developing a 90-day strategic plan to build and lead your Purpose Driven Church.

FAQ

  • Is there a cost to this cohort?

    The Getting Started Cohort has no cost. All we ask is your commitment to invest in other pastors and churches as we invest in you.

  • What if I cannot make all the group calls?

    The primary value is in the group coaching calls. If you cannot not make all the calls, we suggest you sign up for the month you can commit to all the calls.

  • How large is the learning cohorts?

    We limit our groups to 5 pastors per day/time. There will be multiple groups (based on day/time) of the calls.

  • How much time should I set aside per week for the Cohort?

    You will need to set aside 1 hour for the Group Coaching Calls and 2-4 hours for the training content and exercises.

  • Why only Senior Pastors, Executive Pastors and Church Planters?

    We designed this cohort specifically with the Senior Leaders at the center of the training.
